Factories & Modern Slavery
Factories
We partner with a small number of manufacturing facilities in China that we have chosen carefully and continue to work with over time.
While NUNE is a new label, the people behind it are not new to the fashion industry. The relationships we have with our manufacturing partners have been built over years of working together, grounded in trust, consistency, and shared standards.
We have visited our manufacturing partners in person and maintain direct contact throughout development and production, allowing us to understand how our garments are made and the people behind them.
We prioritise working with partners who share our values around quality, responsibility, and respect for workers. Rather than frequently changing suppliers, we focus on long-term relationships where standards can be understood and improved over time.
We do not take a passive approach to these relationships. We work closely with our partners and continue to ask questions, provide feedback, and encourage improvements in processes and working conditions over time.
We recognise that ethical manufacturing is an ongoing responsibility, not a fixed claim. We are committed to continuing to build visibility across our supply chain and strengthening these relationships as we grow.
Modern Slavery
NUNE is committed to respecting human rights and preventing modern slavery in all areas of our business and supply chain.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, including forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking. We expect all of our manufacturing partners and suppliers to operate in line with these principles and to provide safe and fair working conditions.
We work closely with a small number of trusted partners and maintain direct relationships wherever possible. This allows us to have greater visibility into how our garments are made and the environments in which they are produced.
While no supply chain is without complexity, we are committed to continuing to strengthen our understanding, improve our processes, and take responsibility for the decisions we make.
