Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at hello@nuneapparel.com and we will assist you directly. Alternatively, you may return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Yes. A flat return fee is deducted from your refund:

• Australia & New Zealand (standard): $10
• Australia & New Zealand (express): $15
• International (excluding New Zealand): $20

Original shipping costs and any duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Yes, provided the item is unworn, tried on over your own underwear, and returned with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items that show any signs of wear or are not suitable for resale will not be accepted.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nuneapparel.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website and are delivered by email. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from the date of issue in accordance with Australian regulations.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nuneapparel.com. Once the item has been assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
